Set the oven to 350°F. While the oven is heating, season the beef as desired.Thoroughly mix 3/4 cup salsa verde, the beef, egg, tortilla chips and green onions in a large bowl. Place the beef mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with the remaining salsa verde.Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
